Collaboration with our neighbours from Irmãos Ferraro. Strong and warming beer, aged with French oak chips.

This beer was designed in a quite different manner than usual. Instead of brewing the beer and then deciding the best wood to go with, we first chose the wood - a medium roast French oak - and then created a beer that would blend and enhance that wood. We then created a 10% ABV barleywine, intense, but low in complexity, allowing the wood to come forth. We hope you like it!

Unpasteurized product (draft beer). Store under refrigeration.
