Barley, wheat, rye and oats, with a touch of allspice. Fermented with saison-type yeast. Fruity and complex.

This beer was designed to pair with the best of gastronomy, to be used as an ingredient (cuisine de la bière) or to be enjoyed alone. A signature beer from Babel.

The cornucopia is the Graeco-Roman symbol of abundance and nourishment, represented by a horn-shaped container overflowing with produce, flowers or nuts. We chose this name for this beer because of its great variety of ingredientes: four different grains, a spice and the special yeast that brings even more complexity.

Unpasteurized product (draft beer). Store under refrigeration.
